01In short
We collect what we need to run your account, sell licenses and keep the service secure. No ads, no analytics, no selling of data. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the client we provide.
02Account data
For your account we store your username, your email address, your password (only as a hash, never in readable form) and the date the account was created. If you link a Discord account, we store your Discord user ID and username with it.
We use your email address to verify it, to send password resets and license keys, and for important notices about your account.
03Purchases
When you buy a license we store the product, the amount, the payment method and the payment status. Card payments run through Stripe. We never see your card details, only whether the payment succeeded. Crypto payments are arranged through Discord, and we store what is needed to match the payment to your account.
04Referral codes
If you use a referral code at checkout, it is stored with your order. If you own a code, we store which purchases used it, so we can count rewards.
05The client
While the client is running we process a hashed hardware identifier (HWID) of your device, whether a session is currently running, your playtime with the client, the client version and the IP address of each license check. This keeps your license valid, prevents sharing and helps in support cases. The client does not upload your files, passwords or chat messages.
06Discord
Community and support run on Discord. When you join our server or open a ticket, we process your Discord username, user ID and the messages you send us, to answer your request and manage your license. Discord’s own privacy policy also applies.
07What we do with your data
We process the data described above to provide the service, to keep it secure and to prevent abuse of licenses. We keep the right to process the relevant data to ensure security and service provision. The developers keep final say on the interpretation and legal use of the data to ensure the service stays operable.
08Deleting your data
You can delete your account yourself from the user portal on this website. Deletion is final, but your license stays valid. Order records we must keep for accounting stay on record, without your email address. For anything else regarding your data, contact us on Discord.
09Changes
We update this policy when the service changes. The current version is always on this page.
